Alumnus Receives Service Medal for Volunteer Services

Stephen Cheung (SJC 2004-2006) was one of 65 first aid volunteers who was honoured for his dedicated service at St John Ambulance Australia (NSW).

St John's College is always happy to share news of alumni's successes and the real difference they are making in their chosen fields.

Stephen Cheung is an Economics graduate from the University of Sydney who currently works as a Finance Administration Officer at St John Ambulance Australia (NSW). He recently received a Service Medal for his faithful service as a St John volunteer first aid provider which was presented by the Governor of New South Wales, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC.

He is but one of the many hardworking volunteers who every year helps to keep our local communities safe by providing their services at various public venues and events.
